Nevada, Tennessee and Utah Residents: Using a debt management plan may make it harder for an individual to obtain credit.

New York Residents: Licensed budget planner with the New York State Department of Financial Services.
Oregon Residents: CredAbility is registered by the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, registration no. DM-80017.
Vermont Residents: Licensed by the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration.

CredAbility is approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency's services.
Bankruptcy Debtor Education
CredAbility is approved to issue certificates evidencing completion of a personal financial management instructional course in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a Provider's services.
Housing Counseling and Education
CredAbility is the largest US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved housing counseling agency in the Southeast, and the only agency designated as a HUD national intermediary in our region.
To comply with federal requirements, CredAbility annually submits a completed Form 990 to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The completed Form 990 is reviewed by the Board of Directors and signed by the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer.
