- Confidential, knowledgeable and courteous service at all times
- Prompt and accurate information about our services
- Non-judgmental counseling by trained counselors
- A written statement of counselor recommendations
- Accurate, timely responses to questions and requests
- Monthly statements of any funds we receive from you and pay to your creditors
- Timely correction of any errors or mistakes made by CredAbility or any of its agents
- Discontinue your relationship with CredAbility at any time, for any reason
