  • Confidential, knowledgeable and courteous service at all times
     
  • Prompt and accurate information about our services
     
  • Non-judgmental counseling by trained counselors
     
  • A written statement of counselor recommendations
     
  • Accurate, timely responses to questions and requests
     
  • Monthly statements of any funds we receive from you and pay to your creditors
     
  • Timely correction of any errors or mistakes made by CredAbility or any of its agents
     
  • Discontinue your relationship with CredAbility at any time, for any reason
